Party A, is the party with a requirement and is a genuine, verified party looking for either a buyer, supplier or a partner to fulfil their requirement.
Party A knows what they require and are ready, willing and able to conclude a business transaction with the right party who can fulfil the requirement but do not currently have a relationship with or access to such a party.
This is where party A uses the services of Introsourcing (Party B) to source and directly introduce a verified party who can fufil the requirement.
Party B, the sourcing and introduction party, work to fully understand the requirement of party A and verify that party A is in a ready, willing and able position to conclude on a transaction, should party B introduce the right party to party A.
Party B, Introsourcing, then work with our extensive global network of contacts, partners, and specialists to source, verify and secure a party who can fulfil the requirements of party A and are ready, willing and able to conclude a transaction with Party A.
Before any introduction is made, party B will establish which party will be responsible for their agreed fees and provide an agreement that secures the said fees under contract. Party B then makes the introductions and puts party A and party C together to negotiate and conclude a genuine transaction.
Introsourcing, source a number of parties who can fulfil the requirement, we then match the required procedures, the provision history and verify the proof of past performance and RWA status of the fulfilment parties.
Once Introsourcing have matched the requirement to the fulfilment capabilities and establish confidence in the fulfilment parties facilities and abilities, we shortlist the potential fulfilment parties' by how close the procedures already match and combine this with our own due diligence checks.
Introsourcing then select the best possible match from the candidate pool and bring that party forward as party C for direct introduction to party A by party B.
