IntroSourcing Fee Structures

Introsourcing structure image

A structure for every requirement.

Introsourcing work in partnership with our clients and as such offer a number of ways that our services can be obtained and paid for, the first step is to actually establish who is responsible for the fees, as this may be the other party and we never take a fee from both ends of any transaction.

In many cases, fee rates are a predefined rate within any given market sector and introSourcing use these rates when establishing the fee structure for the services we provide.

The fee amount and billable party often depends upon the type of requirement, our level of involvement, the market sector, the country and any legislative requirements with relation to the actual transaction that our client completes via our introduction. Therefore, the fee structure is always negotiated and agreed on a per transaction or per requirement basis.

As easy as A, B, C

Introsourcing takes the hard work out of sourcing the right verified parties to deliver upon your requirement. We use our expertise, experience and well-established relationships to achieve this on our clients behalf. Introsourcing provide a valued service, designed to save our clients time, money and failed opportunity or completion costs.

Option A (Succession Fee Structure).

Introsourcing offer an industry standards succession fee structure, this is the most common structure in market and consists of a small percentage of each transaction being completed between the introduced parties being set aside as our fee.

This type of fee structure includes any and all rolls or extensions on any transactions made between our client and the party introduced by Introsourcing. Most market sectors already have a set percentage in place based upon transaction type, country or industry sector.

This percentage is a part of the contractual agreement between the introduced parties and is paid by one side or the other under an IMFPA.

Option B (Retained Fee Structure).

Introsourcing offer a Retained Fee Structure, this is where a party can pay a pre-arranged fixed fee to retain the services of our specialist sourcing services. This provision of this option is at the sole discretion of Introsourcing, dependent upon the requirements of the client.

This option is only available within certain market sectors as in some markets the fee structures are dictated under the legislation of that country or market sector.

The Retained Structure is mainly used when a party needs an expert to work with them for a fixed period to achieve a fixed objective or needs to have a fixed costing structure against the transaction they are completing.

Option C (Partnership Fee Structure).

Introsourcing offer a Partnership Fee Structure, in this case, Introsourcing are a partner within the provision and not the sourcing and introduction party. This option means that our client benefits from industry specialists working on their behalf through the entire process from concept through to completion.

This structure is mainly for very complex transactions or for clients who have minimal experience where our expertise is required throughout the entire process in order to deliver on the requirement.

The partnership Structure is usually used when our client requires Introsourcing to source a service or item but then also provide the facilitation and fulfilment of this item, such as import license partners, storage facilities, processing facilities, specialist handlers or forward purchasers.

Transparency

Introsourcing work in a very transparent manner and to this end, both sides of any introductions made will know the fee structure being used and the amount of fees to be paid to Introsourcing for their services.

In order to help facilitate the payment structure, comply with international compliance and to protect our position, Introsourcing often employ the services of a fully registered and insured paymaster service, this service will be the party on an IMFPA document even though Introsourcing will be the party delivering the sourcing and introduction service.
