Introsourcing reviews and evaluates the information provided and matches it to our source-ability criteria.

Introsourcing accepts the sourcing request and sends out the required information pack to clarify the proposition details and to perform DD.

Introsourcing communicates with the party, discuss the requirement, agree procedure and obtain a full understanding of the requirement.

Specification

Introsourcing create a specification pack to provide a fixed requirement that can be used to source and inform potential fulfilment parties.

Presentation

Introsourcing presents the requirement specification to potential fulfilment parties world-wide, who will accept or decline the specification.

Acceptance

Introsourcing works with the accepting parties to prepare for our required due diligence, verification and agreement to fulfil the requirement.

Certification

Introsourcing shortlists the accepting parties to complete all due diligence, legal items, RWA status, POPP, procedures and prices for consideration.

Introduction

Introsourcing match the best requirement and fulfilment parties, packages the information and arranges to introduce the parties directly to one another.

Introsourcing understand that every requirement is different and has its own set of unique circumstances, this is why we work to fully understand the requirement, the party who has the requirement and their position in order to tailor every process to match the requirement criteria with the procedure and requirements of each potential fulfilment party.

It is in our own interests to ensure that the needs and requirements of any successful introduction are catered for as we are often only remunerated via the succession of the actual completed transaction.

Introsourcing work hard with our clients to ensure that both the requirement party and the fulfilment party are legitimately sourced, are genuine parties, who are in a position to deliver on the agreement and who are ready, willing and able to conclude on a genuine business transaction as specified in the specification documentation.
