What does Introsourcing actually do?

Introsourcing utilises our extensive global network of contacts, partners, and specialists to source, verify and secure, funders, buyers or suppliers and introduce them directly to one another to negotiate and complete on genuine business transactions.

Why did you create Introsourcing?

Introsourcing was created in response to the behaviour of the markets and hard lessons learnt. In the past the founder of Introsourcing saw numerous genuine transactions fail due to long broker chains, circumvention, brokers stopping sellers and buyers connecting, parties who thought they controlled a deal because they made a phone call and middlemen stealing the contacts and hard work of the others.

This way of doing business just did not make any business sense. After watching multiple transactions collapse due to protectionism, he realised that the only parties who can actually negotiate and complete on a valid transaction is the party with the requirement and the party who can fulfil that requirement.

He decided to stop all activity, identify real, experienced parties and put in the actual groundwork to find and connect with real, verified end parties. It turned out that these parties were desperate for a real service that could actually help them to complete on real transactions.

He created the right documentation and started putting the end parties together and this delivered a number of successful outcomes, Introsourcing was now becoming established and began to move slowly forward, growing by reputation and numbers of parties who agreed with our philosophy.

Introsourcing, is the name of who we are and what we provide all in one word. We are specialists in sourcing the right connections for our clients and introducing them directly to one another. This form of sourcing and introduction service created the birth of the term Introsourcing.

How do you make your money?

Putting it simply, by working hard for our clients and being successful at what we do. The diversity, depth and experience of our global network of contacts, partners and specialists gives Introsourcing the access, ability and facility to identify and deliver on a wide range of requirements and objectives. We are normally only paid upon succession, which means only get paid when we get it right and deliver a service that both meets and exceeds our clients expectations.

What are the benefits of using Introsourcing?

If we were to put that answer into one word, it would be expertise. We bring together the experience, contacts and expertise from a number of specialists in wide range of markets. We consolidate this international experience, focus it and work with it to provide one seamless facility that delivers the right party to fulfil our clients requirement in a fast and cost-effective manner. IntroSourcing are not brokers, do not use broker networks, and are not involved in negotiations. IntroSourcing simply use our expertise to bring genuine, verified parties together directly, any negotiations or transactions that take place are strictly between the introduced parties.

How large is Introsourcing?

The only way we can really answer this question is that we are large enough to cope with most international requirements in our target markets but remain small enough to care about every request that our client makes.

Is my requirement blasted around the world?

Most definitely not, Introsourcing work very closely with our clients and our sourcing specialists, almost all of the fulfilment parties are directly known to us or our associates. We never place any client details into the public domain and never create public domain requests. Discretion and security are of paramount importance at all times and in all dealings. Introsourcing only make direct party to party introductions after the completion of due diligence and full verification.

Do you work with Brokers?

Introsourcing only work with what we call mature brokers who understand our philosophy, that the best way of completing a transaction for a client is to step out of the way and let the client with the requirement negotiate and conclude with the actual party who is going to fulfil this requirement.

If a broker wishes to control the process, control the negotiation, the communication flow or fees, we simply stop and do not move forward. This is not introsourcing and in our opinion is not at all conducive to delivering a genuine transparent service that is designed to complete on verified transactions.
