SOURCING RENEWABLE SOLUTIONS

Introsourcing have direct access to a number of funding specialists within the renewable energy markets, these parties are UK based and actively looking for projects that need funding in the wind farm, solar farm and battery plant markets.

Introsourcing also have direct access to a number of sites and site owners who have permission for the development of renewable energy facilities in the UK and EU for potential investment parties to consider.

Introsourcing work to source the right developments for the right funding partner to help ensure a match that works for both parties to deliver a solution that can carry the projects into the future.

Introsourcing are not renewable technology specialists, we check the details provided by the parties and verify everything before moving forward, we then package the project for the funding party and offer the packaged project directly to them for their own independent review.

Introsourcing understands that every project is different and has its own set of unique circumstances, this is why we tailor every application to match the investment partners criteria with the needs and requirements of each individual project to obtain the best outcome possible.

Should the funding party wish to proceed to the next stage, we simply put both the funding party and the genuine owner of the project directly together. We do not at any time, have any involvement with any negotiations and we never introduce brokers or intermediaries to our funding parties or to project owners.

Any and all fees that have been agreed with a party must be directly contracted between the intermediary and the party they are directly connected to as the funders will only discuss the funding and/or contractual details with proven owner of the site.

This does not mean that the intermediary parties are excluded from the proposition, far from it, we believe that all genuinely connected parties should be protected under the contract agreements that they have with their clients.

However, a broker or intermediary are not the legal party requiring the funding or the legal owner of the site and therefore have no legal right to try and control the transaction between the parties, this is strictly between the funder and the genuine, proven owner of the site.
